AUDIOJELLY TUNE OF THE WEEK #034

This week's tune of the week comes from a Trance Hutt favourite, FKN.

'ALONE' is the latest in a string of unrivalled vocal trance as FKN continues to fly the flag for Deepblue Records.

FKN, also known as Frode Kimbo Nelson, uses female vocalist Laurie Webb who delivers as much emotion as Jahala, the male singer he has teamed up with until now.

This is the second time FKN has made Tune of the Week after making The Trance Hutt's pick in October with 'This is the Only Time'.

AUDIOJELLY TUNE OF THE WEEK #033

MARK SINCLAIR's 'PICTURES OF YOU' is this week's Audiojelly Tune of the Week.

Mark Sinclair's electro yet trancey sound first pricked our ears in 2007 when he released 'Electric Sun.'

'Pictures of You' was included in Gareth Emery's 'Sound of Garuda' compilation - the first to be released under the new label.

The track now has it's own release under High Contrast (Nu Breed) Recordings. Mark Sinclair joins big names like Gareth Emery, Jochen Miller and Be:Gold as the 'High Contrast' brand continues to grow.

ARNEJ DISAPPOINTS

Arnej had a great 2009, but not too sure about his latest track, 'They Need Us.'

The canadian came up with some gorgeous vocal trance with Josie in 'Strangers We've Become' while 'Tomorrow Never Comes' was genius, one of the querkiest trance tunes of last year.

'They Need Us' seems unimaginative by Arnej's standards.

Well, if you like it...go and buy it!

AUDIOJELLY TUNE OF THE WEEK #032

This week's tune of the week comes from Anjunadeep new boy JAMIE MATRIX with 'GOLD RUSH'.

'Gold Rush' has been causing quite a stir on Above & Beyond's 'Trance Around the World,' being quite popular amongst its listeners.

The 'AnjunaNews' blog described the track as "a dance floor favourite with smatterings of organic percussion, demon grooves and mysterious demeanour."

This is a 'double A-side' release, with 'Rotation' being the other track.

STONEFACE & TERMINAL DON'T SEEM TO CARE!

Stoneface & Terminal can do no wrong at the moment.

Their new single 'Don't Give A F**k' is so feel-good and cheers me up whenever I'm having a rough day. My favourite song at the moment!

Tiƫsto played it on his podcast last week while Kyau & Albert included it on their guestmix on Above & Beyond's 'Trance Around the World.' It's quite rare that a song is played on both...told you they were doing something right!

This is released under Euphonic Recordings, check out the vocal remixes.
